Team Bradley attended the first ever Redheads BBQ festival held in Adelaide, Australia October 6-7, 2012. It was a really well-organized event with seasoned chefs, smokers, grills, cold beer on tap and, of course, plenty of food to go around.
The BBQ/Smoke King of Adelaide Competition was the highlight of the trip. There were BBQ’s and smokers of all shapes and sizes cranking out some really incredible food. We enjoyed serving up our hard-earned platters to Master Chefs and BBQ Experts. Team Bradley came in 2nd place!
Another fun part of the trip was just kicking back in the 28°C weather, cold smoking our pork ribs in hickory for people to come along and enjoy some great tasting! A big thanks to the event organizers and Master Chefs!
