Love it!!!!

I typically smoke salmon, either in strips (Salmon Candy), or as fillets. The problem I encountered with both was the tendency of the skin to stick to the metal in the wire baskets/trays. This eliminated that problem entirely.

Magic mats

I bought these for my husband's birthday a couple of weeks ago. Prompt delivery. So far we have only used them to smoke nuts and cheese and they worked perfectly! Excited to try them for other things.
