excellent. they were not an exact replacement, however, they functioned fine and I have no complaints .

I will need to contact customer service. The racks don’t fit my smoker. I thought these were the only option available. I wasnt thrilled with the website ordering menu. The racks that came with my smoker are ruined and Useless. I was disappointed the set I originally got weren't stainless! Ordering replacements is not simple.
