CAOak bisquits
I PURCHASED THEM TO SMOKE SAUSAGES BUT TEMPETURES PLUMETID TO MINIS 10 C SO I have not had a chance to do any sausage making. Looking forward to warmer weather to get the smoker going.

Bought solid oak and Mesquite i think they work well together on most meats. Bisquettes are getting hard to find locally thanks for the sale ! still expensive . the herb blend seasoning also works well.
