Delicious recipe for Homemade Smoked Burgers. Good thing is you can make it just the way you like it.
Makes 8-10 delicious burger patties.
Ingredients
2 lbs lean ground beef
3-4 strips bacon, chopped
¼ onion, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne
Salt & pepper
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients until well mixed
2. Form into 8-10 patties, press firmly together
3. Smoke burgers with Bradley Oak bisquettes at 200°F until an internal temperature of 160°F is reached
4. Build your burgers your way and enjoy!
