These smoky artichokes are great on their own, or with a bit of herb mayo. They also pair well with pork.

Ingredients
Approximately 12-15 canned whole artichoke hearts
2 tbsp your favourite seasoning (I used Cajun blend with some added cayenne for some more heat!)
Bradley Smoker Hickory Bisquettes
Directions
- Prep smoker for cold smoking with Hickory bisquettes.
- Cut artichoke hearts in half.
- Toss in desired spice blend or just some salt and pepper.
- Spread artichokes evenly on a smoker rack, or place them on a Magic Mat on the rack.
- Cold smoke for 2 hours.
