If you want to cut down on red meat and amp it up on flavor, try making a Chicken Cheesesteak, Philly Style! It takes less than 30 minutes to make four of these delicious sandwiches on a flat-top griddle. And yeah, get those Amarosa rolls and Cheese Whiz, it makes a difference.

Ingredients: 1 bag of Amarosa rolls
2 diced and sliced onions
1 stick of butter
3 oz of sliced mushrooms
3 oz of chicken
12 slices of Provolone cheese
Melted cheese
Directions for recipe:
1. Cut your 1 stick of butter into 2 halves, and place it on a frying pan, then add your mushrooms and onions and saute it until onions and mushrooms are light brown.
2. Open your Amarosa rolls and toast them on the pan until light brown and proceed to fry your chicken on the pan until lightly brown.
3. Put your onions on top of your chicken and mix it together.
4. Add 3 provolone cheese slices on top of your chicken and onions mix.
5. Add your melted cheese on your bun.
6. Close your bun with cheese inside and wrap it inside a paper for warmth, once that’s done you can enjoy!
