Ingredients:

Sweet Martha rub

Sweet Texan rub

1 can of raspberry reserve

2 jalapenos (or more if you like spice)

1 cup of olive oil

3 fried bacon

2 cream cheese

Directions:

1. Pull out your aluminum foil and place your cream cheese on it. Proceed to wrap the edges of the foil around the cream cheese.

2. Using a knife slice your cream cheese upward and downward.

3. Take your olive oil and drizzle it on top of the cream cheese, make sure to rub it in.

4. Take your rubs and sprinkle them on top of your cream cheese.

5. Using your Bradley smoker, place 6 cherry bisquettes and set the temperature for 280 F (137C) and time for 2 hours.

6. Grab your jalapenos and slice the seeds and top off. Proceed to slice your jalapenos into smaller pieces.

7. Slice your bacon strips into smaller pieces. Pull out your cream cheese after 1 hour and place your jam, bacon, and jalapeno on top of your cheese, then place your cheese back into your Bradley smoker.

8. Let it cook for another hour and once it’s done and cools down, use it as a dip or just eat it with a fork and enjoy!
