Smoked Beef Ribs in the Bradley smoker


Apple smoked baby back ribs in the Bradley. These came out absolutely fantastic! Set your smoker at 275 degrees F (135C) and smoke for 2:30 hours. The Bradley Smoker allows you to set your smoke time and heat separately. I smoked them until I saw plenty of pull back on the bone. Sauce them up at the end before removing them and add BBQ sauce to give them a nice shine.

Seasoning:

1 cup turbinado sugar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

2 tbsp coarse salt

1 tbsp black pepper

1 tsp ground turmeric

Take the two slabs of beef ribs and pre-heat the smoker at 300 F
